Registration + publish wizard Creator Hub → Register Actor (/home/creator/register-actor): enter the full image ref, Extract Config pulls config.json out of the image over the OCI Distribution API and validates it (warns above 50 parameters); preview/configure tabs; Save as Draft or Submit for Review. Review notifications and a defined SLA (below).
Review queue Submission sets pending_review; admin approves → live in the marketplace. Statuses pending_review / approved / rejected / revision_requested / draft are visible in My Actors. Config updates on an approved actor stay live with the old config until re-approved. Notifications + review SLA (below).
kreator-sandbox Ephemeral kompanion to try an actor before approval: 30-minute TTL hard ceiling, max 2 concurrent sandboxes per kreator (10 platform-wide), 100k token budget per session, restricted egress; connectors run in mock mode (KAOOHI_SANDBOX_MODE, CONNECTORS_MODE); TTL reaper tears down expired sandboxes. Sandbox-scoped real credentials (Phase 4) — connectors are mock-mode-only today.
Creator Studio NL builder Build an actor from a natural-language description without leaving the platform — no local Copier install needed. Continued iteration under kaoohi plan 030.
Pricing UI Set the access model — free / one_time / subscription — and the price, on actor offers (a free-allowance or trial policy can ride on top of a paid model — a policy on these rails, not a fourth rail). Purchases/checkout to make prices collectable (below).
External API exposure per kompanion Each kompanion can get a public edge URL https://<PLATFORM_URL>/api/v1/k/<ref>/... with a per-kompanion API key, over REST and MCP (kaoohi_expose_external_api, default on; only chat, status, health are exposable — settings/OAuth never). The pod runs auth-off; Kaoohi is the authorization boundary. —

Marketplace display of paid actors Paid actors are listed and visible with their pricing. Not buyable: the paywall is fully implemented but flag-gated OFF (config.paywall_paid_actors=false), and no checkout exists yet. Purchases/checkout + paywall activation (below).
Feature What works What’s next
Purchases / checkout Actor offers and prices exist end-to-end, but actor checkout, sold credits and commerce activation are disabled platform-wide behind the plan 034 Phase −1 launch gate; organisation_billing_mode defaults to off. The replacement commercial model (plan 045, organisation credit package) is planned, not started. Lift the external gates, then enable checkout per the winning commercial plan.
Payouts The payouts engine is code-complete and runs monthly (winner-take-all claim of transactions), but CREATOR_PAYOUT_DRY_RUN=true — it executes without moving money. Kreators earn a tier share of the reference price (majority share; terms on /kreators). Known gaps: refund visibility, admin tooling. Stripe Connect underwriting/legal approval, then the dry-run flip (ARL-gated).
Bundles Bundle tables and settlement SQL exist (actor_bundles, actor_bundle_items; every member must be hireable or the suite is not sellable) but settlement is dark while billing mode is off, and actor entitlement fulfilment is disabled platform-wide (grant_bundle_entitlements written, no caller yet). No buyer-facing bundle checkout exists. Commerce activation under plans 034/045.
Review notifications + SLA Review status is visible in My Actors — check it manually. Notifications on status change and a published review SLA.
